Second bedroom with twin over double bunk bed located on the lower level. Washer & dryer, dishwasher, fridge, Gas stove and barbeque.  

Four minute walk to Ingonish Beach (swimming).  Local restaurants, Bank and Liquor store all within walking distance.  Domestic hot water and radiant in floor heat supplied by solar heating system.  Easy access to water for kayaks and canoes.  Boat launch slip very near by. Adjacent Cape Breton Highlands National Park (hiking & biking trails), 5 minute drive to Highlands Links Golf Course and Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa.
