Cape Smokey Developments Inc. is a Nova Scotia company formed to develop residential housing in Ingonish, Nova Scotia. Our land holdings comprise about 50 acres of land in Ingonish Ferry just north of Cape Smokey.

The site for our development, known as Cape Smokey Estates, is situated at one third elevation on Smokey Mountain at Ingonish Ferry, and its location overlooks the magnificent vista of Middle Head Peninsula, the Atlantic Ocean and the mountain range of The Cape Breton Highlands.The initial project is to build 15 single-family houses on 7 acres of land on a hill bordering the Cabot Trail. The development is called Cape Smokey Estates.
