We will be doing the kids run club again every Wednesday at the Freshwater Lake, starting May 1st! This is primarily for elementary school kids and their families (siblings and parents are welcome to come too!) It is a very casual program consisting of stretching and a walk/jog/run around the lake trail (go your own pace 😃) You don’t need to pre-register - just drop in weekly! ... See MoreSee Less
