Experience Ingonish
Kayaking
Ingonish is a great place to go sea kayaking with a number of areas to enjoy paddling. They include: Ingonish Harbour, North Bay Beach, North Bay Wharf, Warren Lake and Freshwater Lake. North Bay Beach, Warren Lake and Freshwater Lake require park entry passes as you will be using the national park facilities.
You can launch your sea kayak at the slip - end of Beach Crossing Road (locals call it Creek Road) for Ingonish Harbour and at the beach at North Bay Wharf. Never kayak alone and bring the appropriate safety gear including a lifejacket and whistle.
